Ok. Let's get right to it, shall we? Now, I think I will explain exactly what this website is and how it works.
This website is somewhat unique in that you can add content. That's right. You can add content. But that's not all. Content is organized into groups, called sections, and subgroups, called categories. We've created sections and categories to help group the content you want to put on the website. To simplify it even further, we have a section called "Mission Work". In that section, we currently have two categories: "Mountain Top", and the ever looming "Africa/South America". Now might be wondering, "I have a memory of mountain top, how can I post it?". It's very simple. But the first step to creating content and adding it to our site is making an account. Continue reading to find out how to do that, edit content, publish, and make your very own blog.
Step 1: Making a user account. If you are an active member of the Youth, you probably already have an account set up. If you can't remember or are sure you don't, contact
or
. One of them will have to activate your account before you can use it. To make you account, find the "-User Menu-" on the left side of the screen. There should be a login field, and below that, small print that says "No account yet? Create one". Making your account is a simple as clicking that link and filling in a few informational fields. We do ask that your username be your real name, and that you accept the Code of Conduct.
Step 2: Now that you have your account, I'm going to bed, and I'll finish this tutorial in the morning...ermm...later in the morning.
